Drew Capuder spoke and presented his article on “What to look for, where to find it, and what to do with it: email, social media, texts, and video”, on May 15 and 18, 2018, in Morgantown and Charleston, West Virginia, at the NBI continuing legal education seminar, “How to Get Your Social Media, Email, and Text Evidence Admitted (and Keep Theirs Out)”.
We have remodeled our firm’s web site with “responsive design”, so that it will display properly on tablets, phones, and good old-fashioned desktops. We now have all of the web pages functional with the new responsive design, and will be gradually refining the pages and system in coming weeks.
