Mr. Capuder is honored that other lawyers and parties choose him to help
them settle their disputes through the mediation process. Mr. Capuder
focuses on mediating disputes involving employment matters, business
disputes, and personal injury disputes; and Mr. Capuder accepts mediations

Mr. Capuder has completed both the basic and advanced courses in
mediation skills conducted by the West Virginia State Bar. A skilled mediator
is much more than a "shuttle" communicating offers and counter-offers
between the parties in a mediation. A skilled mediator has the experience
for helping the parties understand the risks of litigation, and in helping the
parties asses legal and evidentiary issues that may have significant impact on
chances of success.
Mr. Capuder has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts
in Texas and West Virginia, including a broad range of complex litigation.
This experience provides the basis for insight into the risks of litigation
and the significant issues posed in a particular lawsuit.
